Registration
The practice is open to register new patients who have newly moved into the practice area. To apply for registration please attend the surgery and ask the Receptionist for a registration form. You will be asked to make an appointment for a New Patient check with the nurse when you hand in your registration form. It is essential that you have this check as soon as possible and preferably before you see a doctor.
For patients requesting to move from a neighbouring practice to the surgery we ask that they write to the practice manager with their request.
Temporary Residents
Patients who are temporarily in the area and are unable to attend their own GP can be seen in the surgery on a temporary basis. Please enquire at reception.Overseas Visitors
Visitors from Overseas who are staying temporarily in the UK for up to three months may receive General Medical Care from NHS General Practitioners. For Countries which have reciprocal Health Care agreements with the UK there will be no charge for these services, but it is important to fill out a Temporary Resident Form which is available from reception. For visitors from Countries which do not have reciprocal health care agreements there will be charges for Health care services. Details of these will be available on request. Overseas visitors who are to be resident in the UK and who pay UK National Insurance are able to register with a NHS General Practitioner for General Medical Services.Countries with reciprocal Healthcare Agreements
