REGISTERING FOR ONLINE SERVICES
Please note that in order to safeguard confidentiality we ask everyone applying for a username and password to SystmOnline to please bring along ONE photo ID (driving license or passport) and ONE form of proof confirming your address (e.g domestic bill, bank statement etc).
Manage your medication online
You can order your repeat prescriptions online. Simply login to SystmOnline and view a list of the medication you have been prescribed. Select the prescription you need and click the ‘Request Medication' button. All you have to do then is go and collect your prescription as normal two working days later or have it collected by your usual pharmacist. This service is NOT available for prescriptions not on your usual list of repeat medication.
